Alo World will promptly provide notice to you of any such claim, suit, or proceeding and, at your expense, will reasonably cooperate with you in your handling of such matter.

7 Protection of ID & PASSWORD

7.1 You are given a password and a user ID during registration. You can change your password through account management in the "My Account" section of the Site. 7.4 You are responsible for any and all use and activity on your Alo World account. You are responsible for third party users, including employees, authorized or unauthorized by you to use your user ID and password. Any illegal activity, including, but not limited to, fraudulent misrepresentation, may be, at Alo World's sole discretion, grounds for termination of your account. In certain circumstances, Alo World may refer you to appropriate law enforcement agencies.

8 Use of software

8.1 Software that is made available to download from this Site ("Software") is the copyrighted work of Alo World, its Customers, Partners, Suppliers, or Affiliates. Your use of the Software is governed by the license agreement ("License Agreement"), if any, that is included with the Software. You may only download and install Software, that contains a License Agreement, upon agreeing to the License Agreement terms.

8.2 Installing Alo World software enables you to call other Alo World users free.

8.3 Alo World cannot guarantee that you will always be able to call other Alo World Software users, nor that you can communicate without disruptions or delays. Alo World will not be liable for any such disruptions or delays or any other issues over which Alo World has no control.

8.4 You acknowledge and understand that Alo World software is not intended to support calls to any kind of emergency service.

9 Termination

9.1 Alo World may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the site for any reason. Such reasons for termination include, without limitation, breach of this Agreement or if your conduct is unlawful or is harmful to the interest of Alo World and/or its Customers, Partners, Suppliers, or Affiliates.

9.2 You may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, but you first have to meet the conditions stated below:

9.2.1 agree that all rights to use the Alo World services will terminate.

9.2.2 you will remove all the calling card informatin and delete the Alo World software from your devices.

10 Calling card usage

10.1 Alo World is committed to providing the lowest phone card rates possible.

10.2 aloworld.us delivers the e-calling cards to your e-mail account as soon as possible.

10.3 If you order a physical calling card like Aloworld Calling Card from aloworld.us, this will be delivered to you by mail to your home address, that you provide, in a few days after you place your order.

10.4 Promotions, discounts, and contest winnings available on the site may not be used in conjunction with any other form of discount or promotion already applied for a given calling card purchase.

10.5 Calling Card Rates may vary. All calls are billed in 1 minute increments and rounded up unless otherwise stated. For each call, billing begins no earlier than the point at which the connection is established. Only one additional fee of 20% will be added to the initial rate/minute.

10.6 Alo World is committed to customer satisfaction and offers 100% money back guarantee. Alo World will refund the amount for any unused product to any customer who is dissatisfied with its services. The refund policy applies only for claims received by Alo World within 60 days since purchase date. We also honor partiall refund's within 60 days of the last use. Any promotion or discount applied to an order for which a refund is provided will be deducted from the amount of the refund.

10.7 Calling Card does not expire, you can use it until you finish the credit.

10.8 Customers can place calls from the United States of America, Canada, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Caribbean and Hawaii using the access numbers provided by Alo World.

10.9 You acknowledge and understand that Alo World calling card is not intended to support calls to any kind of emergency service.

10.10 For fraud protection purposes, first-time customers may be subject to telephone verification before shipment. If the aloworld.us system flags your order for verification, one of our customer service representatives will call you within the next 24 business hours to confirm your order over the phone.

11 Severability

11.1 If any provision of this User Agreement is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the User Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.

12 Force majeure

12.1 Alo World is not liable for failure or delay in performing an obligation under this Agreement that is due to causes beyond its control, such as natural catastrophes, governmental acts or omission, laws or regulations, labor strikes or difficulties, computer viruses, war, transportation stoppages or slowdowns or the inability to procure Content, information, service, carriers, Product, Software, or Demonstrations. If any of these causes continue to prevent or delay performance for more than 180 days, you may terminate this Agreement, effective immediately upon notice to Alo World.

13 Chages to Terms of Use

13.1 Alo World reserves the right to change the Terms of Use at any time. Changes shall become effective when a revised Terms of Use is posted to aloworld.us website.
